Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Snappy account and all associated data at any time.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile and account information
- All transactions and financial history
- All accounts and balances
- Budgets and budget rules
- Categories and settings
- Notification preferences
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete from the App
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the Snappy app:

Open the Snappy app

Go to Settings

Scroll to the "Other" section

Tap "Delete Account"

Confirm the deletion in the prompt
Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.
Already Uninstalled the App?
If you no longer have access to the app, email us and we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
Please include the email address associated with your Snappy account in your request.
What Happens After
- All your data is permanently deleted from our servers
- Your Google account is unlinked — your Google account itself is not affected
- Any active subscription will not be automatically cancelled — manage that through the App Store or Google Play
- You can create a new Snappy account at any time with the same email
